We’re giving him all the credit.  On their regular morning prowl, Buddy’s driver, known to others as “dad,” stopped the golf cart at the back of the property and was picking up debris from the rain.  Buddy began to bark and bark.  Buddy is a barker, but he won’t bark at “nothing” usually.

Lynn looked around, but didn’t see anyone.  However he did see a big gaping hole in the fence where someone had crawled through.  We’ve been having vandalism for the last several months; the fence often is cut in their effort to gain access.

Thus, we’ve put up a storm door on our apartment, just to further discourage any desire to enter uninvited. 

I believe Buddy was saying “Hey, Dad, will ya look at that?”

He has a great “nose” for sleuthing.  It’s a bit scarey that we are seeing so much effort to steal, damage property, and who know’s what’s next?  I just hope they don’t get so brave as to try to burst into the office or our home.  It’s spooky to know they are so close at night.   GRRRRR.

Look out, boogey men, Buddy is on guard.  (And so are we!)
